The iLogik.ai site ("Site") is provided for informational purposes and to collect applications for our AI program. By using the Site you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP").

You must not:

• Spam the form or submit duplicate entries.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including impersonating another person).
• Upload or embed malicious code, scripts, or malware in any form field.
• Harvest, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Site in an automated manner.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or organization.
• Violate any applicable law (including privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.).
• Attempt to bypass security controls of the Site or third‑party services (Tally, Vercel, Google Sheets).

2. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may monitor submissions and usage logs for compliance. Violations may result in:

• Deletion of the offending submission.
• Suspension or permanent blockage of the IP address or email.
• Legal action where applicable.

3. Reporting Abuse

If you discover abuse or a security issue, please contact vertexnextgen@gmail.com with details. We will investigate promptly.

4. Changes to this AUP

We may revise this AUP. The effective date above will be updated, and the revised version will be posted on the Site.
