Children’s Online Privacy (COPPA) Notice

The iLogik.ai landing page is intended for parents or legal guardians to submit applications on behalf of their teen participants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.

• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
• Parents/guardians should not submit data on behalf of a child under 13 unless they have provided explicit consent.
• The Tally form includes a field for the teen’s age/grade; please ensure the teen is 7th grade or older, which implies the teen is at least 12‑13 years old.
