- United States (California – CCPA/CPRA): We process data based on your consent and for the legitimate purpose of providing information about our AI program.

- Canada (PIPEDA & provincial statutes): We rely on explicit consent for collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
4. How we use your data
- To contact you about the program and send enrollment information.
- To store applications in Tally (and optionally Google Sheets) for internal review.

5. Data sharing
- Tally – stores form responses; we have a Data‑Processing Agreement with them.
- Google Sheets – optional export; also covered by a DPA.
- Service providers (Vercel hosting, email delivery) that process data only on our instructions.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our hosting resides. We use Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK transfers and ensure comparable safeguards for Canada.

We keep your application data for one year after the cohort ends, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
